OKDOCS Web Control

Terms of Service

Terms for using OKDOCS Web Control.

Version dated 14 July 2026

1. General terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into by E.N. Kubrakov, individual entrepreneur, TIN 519055861380 (the “Operator”) and any person using OKDOCS Web Control (the “User”).

The Service provides automated checks of publicly available websites for technical and documentary signals of personal-data and other compliance risks under the selected jurisdiction.

Using the Service, creating an account, or starting a check means that the User accepts these Terms. A person who does not agree must not use the Service.

2. Service capabilities

  • A free check may provide a limited result for a public website address without creating a paid order.
  • Paid capabilities are supplied under the selected plan: a one-time report, access to a check allowance, or another scope expressly displayed on the plan and checkout pages.
  • The check scope, jurisdiction, limits, availability period, and other parameters depend on the selected plan and are shown before payment.
  • Automated results are informational only and are not legal advice, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of compliance.

3. Conditions for starting a check

  • The User may check only websites they own or for which they have lawful authority from the owner.
  • The User must provide a valid public website address and must not submit restricted information unless the Service specifically requires it and the User has a lawful basis.
  • The Service may not be used to disrupt a website, bypass restrictions, obtain unauthorized access, collect third-party personal data, or perform any unlawful activity.
  • The User must keep account credentials confidential and promptly report suspected compromise.

4. Results

The Service analyses only data and technical signals available within its implemented functionality. Availability of pages, robots settings, network errors, and website technologies can affect the result.

Reports and check history are available in the account within the functionality and period of the selected plan. Users should save results they need before access ends.

5. Intellectual property and liability

Software, interface, analysis methods, and other elements of the Service belong to the Operator or its licensors. A User may use reports for their internal purposes but may not resell access or present an automated report as the Operator’s independent legal expertise.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or detection of every possible risk. The User remains responsible for decisions made from the results, subject to mandatory law.

6. Personal data, changes, and contact

Personal data are processed under the Privacy Policy and the applicable consents published in the Service.

The Operator may amend these Terms. The new version applies from publication unless another date is stated; the version effective at acceptance applies to an already paid scope unless law requires otherwise.

Questions about the Service may be sent to support@okdocs.io. Russian law governs these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
