It applies to data received through the website, account registration, checks, orders, and support requests.

• Account and contact data, such as name, email address, password, and information voluntarily provided in registration or support requests.
• Order and Service-use data, including the selected plan, order and check identifiers, statuses, allowance history, and support requests.
• Data needed for a check: the public website URL, selected jurisdiction, and automated-analysis results.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, language, date and time of access, cookies, and related technical information.

3. Purposes and grounds

• Account registration, authentication, and administration — performance of the agreement with the User.
• Free and paid Service capabilities, results, and support — conclusion and performance of the agreement.
• Security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation — the Operator’s legitimate interests, subject to data-subject rights.
• Requests and communications — consent or another lawful basis.
• Compliance with legal obligations — the relevant obligation of the Operator.

4. Processing, retention, and disclosure

The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, provide access to authorized processors, depersonalize, block, delete, and destroy data with or without automated means for the stated purposes.

Data are retained no longer than needed for the purpose, the selected plan period, a request, or a legal obligation. The Operator does not make personal data publicly available without a separate lawful basis. Processors may receive data only to operate the Service, payment, infrastructure, or legal obligations under confidentiality and security requirements.

5. Data-subject rights

A person may request information, correction, blocking, deletion where legally applicable, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent authority or court. Requests and consent withdrawals should be sent to support@okdocs.io. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on another legal ground.
