Consent to Processing Personal Data Permitted for Distribution

1. Separate consent

This consent is separate from ordinary personal-data processing consent under Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The Service does not publish user personal data by default. This document applies only when the Operator separately offers publication, for example of a review, case study, or professional information, and the subject expressly agrees to the specific data and conditions.

2. Scope and withdrawal

The subject specifies in a separate form the data permitted for distribution and any restrictions or conditions for processing by an unlimited number of persons. Silence, inaction, or ordinary processing consent is not distribution consent. A request to stop distribution may be sent to support@okdocs.io; the Operator will act within the legally required procedure and period.
