Procedure for Exercising Personal Data Subject Rights

1. Rights

• Receive information about personal-data processing as provided by law.
• Request correction, blocking, or deletion of inaccurate, unlawfully processed, or excessive data.
• Withdraw consent to personal-data processing.
• Complain about the Operator’s actions or inaction to a competent authority or court.

2. Request process

Send a request to support@okdocs.io. It must identify the applicant and describe the request; the Operator may request information necessary to confirm identity or authority. A representative must provide evidence of authority.

The Operator reviews requests and responds within the periods required by Russian law. Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing that is required or permitted on another legal ground.
