OKDOCS Web Control
Cookie Policy
Information about essential and analytics cookies and their controls.
Version dated 14 July 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored or read by a browser. Depending on their content, cookies and related technical data may be personal data.
This Policy forms part of the Privacy Policy and applies to the website and Service.
2. Essential cookies
- okd_at: a technical access cookie used for authentication and session operation.
- okd_rt: a technical session-refresh cookie used only to maintain authorization.
- A short-lived technical cookie may preserve selected check parameters while a User continues from a free check to an account.
- Language and security cookies may be used for the selected language, abuse prevention, and essential site operation.
- okdocs_cookie_consent: a localStorage record containing the notice version, selected settings, and choice time for up to 180 days. It prevents the same choice being requested on every visit.
3. Analytics and controls
Essential cookies are needed for sign-in, security, language selection, and explicitly requested features. Disabling them can prevent parts of the Service from working.
From the first visit, the Service loads Yandex Metrica tag 105753195 to measure visits, page navigation, and product goals: starting and completing scans, registration, sign-in, and proceeding to payment. Metrica may store analytics cookies, including cookies prefixed with _ym_, and localStorage records, and receive technical browser and device data, visit time, page address, and referral source. Its main identifiers are retained for up to one year, while some Yandex technical cookies may last up to two years.
Session Replay is enabled and may record interaction with the interface. Input fields are marked to prevent their contents from being recorded, passwords are automatically masked by Metrica, and reports, identifying account details, and scanned website addresses displayed in the dashboard are hidden from recording using dedicated markup. Goal parameters do not include email addresses, names, passwords, password-reset tokens, scan or report identifiers, or entered website addresses.
A User can accept or reject analytics without losing access to the Service, configure the category separately, and change or withdraw the choice at any time through the Cookie settings button. On rejection, data transmission is blocked and Metrica cookies and storage records accessible to the Service are removed. A User can also restrict cookies in browser settings or use analytics-blocking tools.
