Terms for paid services offered through OKDOCS Web Control.

1. Provider and service
E.N. Kubrakov, individual entrepreneur, TIN 519055861380, address: Murmansk, Russia, email: support@okdocs.io (the “Provider”), offers paid services through OKDOCS Web Control.
The Provider supplies access to automated website checks, reports, and related functionality within the selected plan.
2. Plans and order terms
Before payment, the plan and checkout pages display the selected plan, available report or check allowance, period, applicable limits, and the amount payable. These details form part of the contract for that plan.
This offer does not fix prices. The Provider may change terms for future orders; changes do not affect a paid and confirmed scope.
3. Acceptance and delivery
Acceptance occurs when the Customer confirms the selected plan and completes payment using an available checkout method. The contract is concluded when the Provider receives successful-payment confirmation from the payment provider.
The Provider makes the paid allowance available or starts a requested check within the selected plan. The corresponding part of the service is delivered when access to the result or paid allowance is provided, unless checkout states otherwise.
4. Limitations and refunds
Results are based on automated analysis of publicly available content and technical signals within the Service’s functionality. They do not replace legal, technical, or other professional review, and do not guarantee detection of every issue.
If a paid service is not provided due to the Provider’s fault, the Customer may request repeat performance, credit of the paid scope, or a refund where required by law and the order circumstances. Requests with the order or check identifier should be sent to support@okdocs.io. Nothing in this offer limits rights granted by mandatory law.
5. Final terms
The Provider processes Customer personal data under the Privacy Policy. This offer remains effective until withdrawn; the version effective at acceptance applies to the corresponding paid order unless law requires otherwise.
Russian law governs the contract, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
