User Agreement
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Service Administration and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter — "User") arising from the use of the online electronic document processing service (hereinafter — "Service").
- 1.2. Use of the Service means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- 1.3. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice to the User. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication in the Service.
2. Terms and Definitions
- Service — a software and hardware complex that provides functions for uploading, analyzing, converting and generating electronic documents.
- User — a person using the Service.
- User Content — files, texts and other data uploaded by the User to the Service.
- Processing Results — files, data and materials generated by the Service based on User Content.
3. Subject of the Agreement
- 3.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the Service under the terms of this Agreement.
- 3.2. The Service is intended for:
- uploading electronic documents (including PDF);
- automated analysis and data extraction;
- converting documents to structured formats (JSON, HTML, DOCX and others);
- visual editing and export of results.
- 3.3. The Service is provided "as is".
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. The User has the right to:
- use the Service functionality within the limits provided for by this Agreement;
- upload documents for which they have legal rights;
- receive processing results of their documents.
4.2. The User undertakes to:
- not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation when using the Service;
- not upload materials that violate the rights of third parties;
- not use the Service to distribute malicious software;
- not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service.
5. Administration Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Administration has the right to:
- temporarily or completely restrict access to the Service in case of violation of the Agreement terms;
- change the Service functionality;
- use anonymized statistical data to improve the Service.
5.2. The Administration undertakes to:
- ensure the Service operability, except in cases of technical failures;
- take reasonable measures to protect User data.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
- 6.1. All exclusive rights to the Service belong to the Administration.
- 6.2. The User retains all rights to the Content uploaded by them.
- 6.3. The User grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to process the Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- 6.4. Processing results are provided to the User, and rights to them belong to the User, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Personal Data
- 7.1. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
- 7.2. The User confirms that:
- they have received all necessary consents from personal data subjects;
- they have the right to upload documents containing personal data.
- 7.3. The Administration does not verify the legality of the content of uploaded documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 8.1. The Administration is not responsible for:
- errors or inaccuracies in automatic processing results;
- losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
- the content of User documents.
- 8.2. The User is independently responsible for checking and using processing results.
9. Paid Services
- 9.1. Some Service functions may be provided on a paid basis.
- 9.2. Cost, payment procedure and refund conditions are specified separately in the Service. For more details, see Public Offer for Paid Services.
- 9.3. Payment means the User's consent to the terms of paid services.
10. Termination of the Agreement
- 10.1. The User has the right to stop using the Service at any time.
- 10.2. The Administration has the right to terminate the Agreement if the User violates its terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
- 11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
- 11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. Final Provisions
- 12.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- 12.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
