    • 1.4. By using the Service, the User confirms consent to this Policy.

    • account data;
    • other data provided during registration or use of the Service.

    2.2. Data uploaded by the User:

    • files (PDF, DOCX and other documents);
    • text and information contained in uploaded files.

    ⚠️ The User confirms that they have legal grounds for uploading documents, including documents containing personal data of third parties.

    2.3. Technical data:

    • IP address;

    • analytics data.

    3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

    • registration and identification of the User;
    • providing access to Service functionality;
    • processing and converting documents;
    • storing and displaying processing results;
    • communication with the User (notifications, support);
    • improving the quality of the Service;

    4. Legal Basis for Processing

    • User consent;
    • execution of the User Agreement and public offer;
    • legitimate interests of the Operator;
    • requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the EU.

    • or for the period established by the File Storage Policy.
    • 7.2. The User can delete files independently through the Service interface.

    • 8.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties solely for the purpose of providing services, including:
    • hosting providers;
    • payment systems;
    • analytics and data processing providers.
    • 8.2. Data is not used for training models and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

    • 9.1. In case of using foreign infrastructure, cross-border data transfer is allowed.
