Public Offer for Paid Services

    1. General Provisions

    • 1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
    • 1.2. The Service Administration (hereinafter — "Contractor") offers the User (hereinafter — "Customer") to conclude an agreement on the terms of this offer.
    • 1.3. Acceptance of the offer is payment for services through the Service interface.

    2. Subject of the Offer

    • 2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with paid services for processing electronic documents, including but not limited to:
    • document analysis;
    • format conversion;
    • extended usage limits;
    • additional features.
    • 2.2. The list and cost of services are indicated in the Service interface.

    3. Payment Procedure

    • 3.1. Payment is made in non-cash form through payment services.
    • 3.2. The cost of services is indicated taking into account applicable taxes.

    4. Moment of Service Provision

    • 4.1. The service is considered provided:
    • from the moment of providing access to paid functionality;
    • or from the moment of document processing.

    5. Refund

    • 5.1. Refund is possible before the start of service provision.
    • 5.2. After the service is provided, no refund is made, except for cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

    6. Liability of the Parties

    • 6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for:
    • non-compliance of the result with the Customer's expectations;
    • automatic processing errors.
    • 6.2. The total liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer.

    7. Final Provisions

    • 7.1. The offer is valid indefinitely.
    • 7.2. All disputes are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Contractor.
    • 7.3. The law of the Russian Federation applies.
